To ensure that the services they receive offer the highest level of security and objectivity, TÜV SÜD pursues a preventive compliance approach and strives for a corporate culture that proactively excludes potential violations and risks from the outset by raising employee awareness, training the workforce and establishing appropriate processes.
At TÜV SÜD, compliance is the basis of all business activities and is therefore essential. For us, compliance means that our employees at TÜV Hessen, like all employees within the Group, adhere to the regulations that are binding for the TÜV SÜD Group. These include international and national laws, the requirements for tests, audits and certification and inspection procedures, as well as internal regulations such as the TÜV SÜD Code of Conduct. Like all of TÜV SÜD's internal regulations, this is binding for all employees, managers and bodies; this is reflected in our compliance claim "Compliance begins with all of us".
