TÜV SÜD Compliance Principles

In order to ensure compliance worldwide, it is particularly important for TÜV SÜD and TÜV Hessen that all employees follow the uniform principles of our Code of Conduct, which is binding for all locations worldwide.

The Code of Conduct contains short and concise explanations of the individual topics, in particular:

  • Compliance with laws
  • TÜV Hessen's responsibility for people and the environment
  • Integral and legal conduct in business dealings
  • Dealing with compliance tip-offs and protecting persons providing such tip-offs
